北京!

First / Second day: I went to Beijing on Tuesday, June 24. We got on train about 8pm, leaving for Beijing, but let’s talk about Chinese Train Station, and train. Shanghai train station was bigger than I thought, and the station was full of Chinese people. This train station reminded me of other Asian countries train stations. Train itself was not bad, it looked nicer. However, each component had 6 beds; each side had 3 layers of bed. Lowest one seemed to me best, but others would sit with you while you are on board. Train also had curfew around 1000-1030, so I went to bed quite early, and woke up quite late. I had not had enough sleep these days, so it was very good moment for me. My classmates woke up earlier than me, and were playing cards. When I arrived at Beijing, I was so excited even though scenery from train was not good. After while, we went to Wangfujin hostel. I had never stayed at hostel, so I feel more worried, but as soon as I saw the hostel, my worried was gone. I noticed that at the hostel we can meet many teenagers, and workers are also young and approachable. I did not have enough time to take rest because I have to go to tianmen square and gugong as known as Forbidden City. I was surprised that these places are right in the middle of Beijing. I did not get that much excited when I saw these places except one view from Forbidden City. As a General, it was pretty good. Moreover, I was so tired; later on to take nap forever until night. After that I went out to see my UVA friend, and her friend; technically it’s my friend’s friends. It was a bit expensive, and that girl did not care person who came late, and end up paying same amount as others. I do not think it’s fair. Or AM I too Stingy? Whatever ! because we had fun afterward. We went to club called Vicks. I do not know why Chinese club always have a small stage to dance?! It’s fun; my friend said “Where Am I” – “ He is on the Stage” haha It is pretty funny. I think I will finish up here…
